The STOP GÜGU Team ("we", "us") recognizes that handling the information obtained through this website (the "Site") and the iOS app "STOP GÜGU" (the "App") appropriately is an important responsibility. We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable laws, and set out this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") as follows.
When you fill in the "Early Access" form on the Site, we collect the following information.
When you browse the Site, we also use an analytics tool to collect information such as the pages you view, your clicks and scrolling, and the type of device and browser you use. See "7. Cookies" for details.
The information the App handles, where it is stored and whether it is sent to us, is as follows.

The detection log and review data carry only a random identifier (8 alphanumeric characters) generated per device. They do not include your name, email address, Apple ID or any hardware identifier, and we cannot identify you from this identifier. You can see the identifier in the App's Settings screen.
The App uses the microphone, notifications and background audio permissions. Notifications are used only to deliver the vibration signal to your Apple Watch.
We use the information we collect only for the following purposes.
We do not use the information for any other purpose. If the purposes change, we will publish the new purposes on the Site.
Detection logs and review data sent from the App are stored on a cloud storage service (Supabase). Only we can access the stored data.
We may also outsource part of our operations, such as email delivery and form handling, to external providers. In such cases we disclose information only to the extent necessary and supervise the provider appropriately.
We do not provide the information we collect to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases.
To make the Site easier to use, we use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool provided by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, the pages you view and the type of device and browser you use on the Site, and presents it as heatmaps and session replays (recordings of how the Site was used).
We have configured it so that what you type into forms is not collected, and we cannot identify you from this information. The collected information is sent to and stored on Microsoft's servers and handled in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Microsoft may use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. For details, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
You can refuse this collection by disabling cookies in your browser settings. The App does not use cookies or analytics tools.
Information on the device is deleted according to the App's automatic rules (a cap on unanswered clips, 30-day log retention and so on), and all of it is removed when you delete the App.
Information we receive is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above or as required by law, and is then deleted by appropriate means.
We will respond promptly and in accordance with the law to requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion of the information we hold, after confirming your identity. To request deletion of data sent from the App, please contact us at the address below and include the identifier (ID) shown in the App's Settings screen.
